Each workspace is kept separate

Every workspace’s records are separated inside the database itself, not only by the app. A request made for one workspace cannot read another workspace’s customers.

Roles decide who can do what

Give people access to customers, deals, support, campaigns or settings — separately for seeing and for changing.

Removing someone takes effect at once

When you remove or suspend a teammate, or change their role, they are signed out everywhere.

Passwords are never readable

Passwords are stored with a modern, deliberately slow hashing method. Nobody — including us — can read them.

Email and consent

Unsubscribes are honoured automatically

When someone unsubscribes, they stop receiving marketing email from that sender. You don’t have to do anything.

Permission is part of every import

When you import people, you confirm you have permission to contact them, and that confirmation is kept with the import.

Importing never changes someone’s email choices

A person who unsubscribed stays unsubscribed, even if they appear in a new spreadsheet.

When something goes wrong

A record of every change

Changes to customers, companies, deals and tickets are written to an activity log at the same moment they happen, with who made them.

Deleted doesn’t mean gone

Deleted customers and companies go to a recycle bin you can restore from.

Imports can be undone

If a spreadsheet import goes wrong, undo it within 24 hours.
